  9. I recently saw a request for fruit dip.  Here is one from the Pittsburgh Post.

  11. Strawberry Supreme Cheesecake Dip

  13. 2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese or reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  14. 1/2 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) strawberries
  15. 1/4 cup sugar
  16. 1/4 cup light sour cream
  17. 1 tbsp. orange liqueur
  18. 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  19. Dippers: fresh strawberries, pineapple, chocolate or vanilla pound cake cubes, 
  20. waffle cookies, or assorted chocolates.

  22. Process cream cheese, strawberries, sugar, sour cream, liqueur, and
  23. vanilla in a blender or food processor until very smooth.  Pour into bowl,
  24. cover, and chill at least 2 hours.  Serve with your choice of dippers.
